Un milagro esta en mi celular!! Desde hace muchos años( ni se cuantos ya) siempre he tenido problemas para poder dormir, y hace unos días leí un articulo sobre este app llamado¨ White Noise Lite¨, el cual bajas gratis en tu Iphone. Al principio esta un poco indecisa sobre si bajarlo o no, creo que a sido de los mejores app que e bajado ( sobre todo para personas que nos cuesta dormirnos) contiene desde sonidos del mar, truenos, lluvia, Avión etc etc... si posees un Iphone y tienes problemas para dormir, este app esta super recomendado!!!

A miracle is on my phone! For many years (I don't know how many already) I have always had trouble falling asleep , and a few days ago I read an article about this app called ¨White Noise Lite¨, where you can download it for free on your Iphone. At first i was a little undecided whether download it or not , I think has been one of the best app that i have download (especially for people who have problems falling asleep) contains from sea sounds, thunder, rain, airplane etc etc ... if you own an iPhone and you have trouble sleeping, this app is super recommended!
