One day in psychology class they made us to do a letter to the person will love the most on this earth, so i did a letter to my daughter Mia, and we were ask to read it in front of the class. When i stand up to read the letter i started almost crying immediately, i went back to the moment that my daughter had seizures, which for me, has been the most difficult time in my life. I spend several month trying to have just one night with out waking up and check on Mia, if she was breathing.
Many people (including friends) told me that i am overprotective when my daughter gets sick... In that moment i really wanted to slap them in the face!!!, Are you Kidding me???!!!!! How dare they!!! the worst part is that the people who told me that, they don´t have kids!. For those who told me that CLEVER comment, let me tell you something: The next time you give a GENIUS COMMENT to someone, make sure you know what are you are talking about!.

Since the day that she had this collapse i never went back to that place (where she collapse), until a few weeks ago; It was time to get over that horrible moment and be thankful that i have my daughter with me.
So we went, and it was pretty cool!.( Of course i cry a little bit) but then i got over that moment.
I´m always thankful with God, my parents and family that were that day and help me with the situation that was pretty shocking for everyone who saw that episode, and now i can say that i can go back anytime to that beautiful house.
So we did a deal with my daughter (although she does not know what happen to her) we are going back every year around her birthday to be thankful and celebrate one more year of health.
So we took that moment for us and took some pictures.
Xo,
Marce.
My sister is epileptic and I know that feeling, I don't think you are overprotective because my parents have being doing the same for almost 20 years :-) but we are so glad my sister is alive that's all that really matters
